Thank you to your team for being so helpful in all this. Your service, promptness, and support in all of this has been excellent. These days, it seems many organizations are just not all that interested in helping people get what they need. We were with my bank for sixteen years, they have earned a great deal of money from us between mortgages and lines of credit, and yet, they did not seem all that interested in finding a way to help us.

I was complaining about the service at my bank to JoAnne and she suggested I call you because when she had dealt with you, she said it was all so easy. The lack of service I received at that bank over the past couple of years was becoming quite annoying and that's why I made the initial call to you and told you what we needed the financing for to ensure you had all the information you needed. I hadn't known at that time that my bank would not finance us, I was just looking for better service elsewhere. The original mortgage was never discharged so they were still showing on our title even though we had paid the mortgage out in full around six years ago. Oh yes, my banker also said to me that no bank would provide a mortgage on the property and that they were doing everything they could to help us but could not do more. Well, thanks for proving them wrong!
